Since we offer a 7 day free trial period, our monthly, six-month and annual memberships are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. Should you decide to cancel your membership, you will still have full access to your OptimalBody-OptimalMind.com membership site until the end of your current payment period.
To cancel your membership, login to your account and visit the Subscriptions page, accessed from your My Account page, then click on your active subscription and click on the “Cancel” button. You may also turn off auto-renewal by turning off the “Auto Renew” switch.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Please email support@optimalbody-optimalmind.com to request an RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Digital downloadable products, such as ebooks, are not eligible for refund. All sales of downloadable products are final.
